Initiated in 1976 as a Kuwaiti Public Shareholding Company titled ‘Kuwait Projects Company’ ,IRC has been one of the leading companies listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange.
Four decades of non-stop operations has earned us a pioneering position in real estate development on a ‘purchase-build/reconstruct-operate-sell’ modus operandi, the first of its kind in Kuwait.
With an astoundingly strong customer base both in real estate and in monopolising exclusive portfolios in stocks & shares of reputed companies IRC is an indelible name in Kuwait and abroad. IRC has spread its wings abroad, in MENA, GCC, EU & the US.
