Souk Al Safat
Situated at the heart of the city, Souk Al Safat is an important landmark edifice in Kuwait owned by the Ministry of Finance. It was constructed in 1979, a remarkable monument of the commercial center of Kuwait. The souk encompasses 18,348,50 sq-mts of land.
It has:
- 2 Basement floors for parking 945 vehicles
- GF& Mezzanine for retail outlets
- A Service floor for electrical & mechanical maintenance services
- And the 3 floors up(I,II & III) for Commercial utilities
It’s a rare privilege to IRC that we obtained the contract from the Ministry of Finance for 10 years started in 2014 for Management, Development, Operation and Maintenance.
